Udin said the plan morotorium central government civil servants who do, will not take effect in the City of Tarakan. Because in New York City has had 3,800 civil servants. "I think this is the maximum number of 3800 to provide services to the community," he said.

Recognized Udin, the large number of civil servants in local government administrations, of course, not only burden the state budget, but also budget. This is because civil servants Tarakan obtain additional income allowance (TPP) which is charged on the budget.
