TARAKAN - Mayor of Tarakan Udin Hianggio together Muspida and management of PT Pertamina EP UBEP Tarakan-Sanga-Sanga came to building owners who are in the Work Area Mining (WKP) Pertamina in Village Six, Monday (03/14/2011) .
The number one in Tarakan is asking owners of three buildings that house the dismantling own semi-permanent buildings. If not dismantle the City Government of Tarakan forced through Satpol PP will dismantle the building.
"Tomorrow I sent a letter to dismantling this house. Here we give you eight days, and no later than ten days. But if not dismantled, I was forced to ask Satpol PP is disrupted,"said Udin.
Udin said, the three buildings that house must be demolished, because they do not have a building permit (IMB). "According to the rules and procedures if you want to build a house must have his permission first. This is actually building a house first and take care of permits.
