Tarakan cite this as a model for the Regions Outside Java

Unity House Plans establishment of Forest Protection (KPHL) by the Ministry of Forestry (Kemhut) appeared to give pride for the City of Tarakan.

Tarakan is the first city outside Java, which will serve as a model for cities and districts after Yogyakarta.

"So the town of Tarakan is proudly because with Gedung KPHL, Tarakan City will be the model areas outside Java.
